    1. DLF does not put any chq for encashment until you sign on the acceptance of unit selected. This cheque is to log in your expression of interest. After that if successful (directly or thru draw of lots) then DLF will call you or your representative (which can be any of your friends including us) and ask for selection of unit. If you say yes to them either directly (on phone) or through your rep – then only they will fill up your form and within two days your cheque will be sent to bank. (you will still get 24-48 hours for chq to reach your account)

 

  1. Would I qualify for a draw of lots only upon encashment of cheque?
    1. No you will qualify for draw of lots if you submit a valid cheque from any local account (for normal Indian residents) and a cheque from NRI account or overseas account for NRIs or PIOs.
